RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY!!!
Ella and Roo is not responsible for lost, returned, or stolen packages - if you would like special shipping please email us before you order. Once an item shows delivered with our tracking system you must contact your post office to find lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS
Items must be be unwashed, unworn and unaltered to receive BOUTIQUE CREDIT! Items may be returned for BOUTIQUE CREDIT or EXCHANGED within 10 DAYS of receiving your purchase (or having a fulfillment email sent)! There are NO exceptions to this and your item will be returned to you!! Items purchased on sale or with a promo code are eligible for store credit only in the amount of the lowest price of the item. Items purchased with a free gift must also include the free gift if being returned. Shipping fees are non refundable. If an item received FREE SHIPPING, the shipping paid on your behalf will be deducted from your refund.
